Wow.
We've made homemade butter as well. One thing we have found out is that it doesn't stay as fresh as long if left out (like store butter). It starts to smell sour. Salting it well will keep it longer. Isn't this fun? Who knew whole foods was this exciting. I have heard about azure standard and am VERY interested in it. Where do you pick up your stuff? Your sister in law uses them quite a bit right? I need to get their catalog. Thanks for sharing about that. Next thing on my to do list.
